No siempre sabemos explicarlo bien. Solo sentimos que la forma en la que vivimos, pensamos o nos relacionamos ya no nos representa del todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La frase <em><strong>\u201cperm\u00edtete ser nuevo, incluso dentro de tu misma vida\u201d<\/strong><\/em> pone palabras a ese momento. Desde la psicolog\u00eda humanista, este mensaje es profundamente terap\u00e9utico: nos recuerda que no estamos obligados a ser la misma persona para siempre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cambiar no significa fallar. Significa crecer <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No somos una versi\u00f3n cerrada: <em><strong>somos un proceso<\/strong><\/em>. Una de las ideas centrales de la psicolog\u00eda humanista es que el ser humano no est\u00e1 terminado. No somos un producto acabado, sino un proceso en movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carl Rogers, uno de los principales referentes de este enfoque, hablaba de una fuerza interna que todos tenemos: <strong>la tendencia natural al crecimiento<\/strong>. Cuando nos escuchamos y nos respetamos, esa fuerza nos lleva hacia una vida m\u00e1s coherente y aut\u00e9ntica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Permitirnos ser nuevos es aceptar que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lo que nos serv\u00eda antes puede dejar de servir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuestros deseos pueden cambiar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuestra identidad no es una jaula<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y eso no tiene nada de malo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 nos cuesta tanto cambiar?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque el cambio es natural, muchas personas lo viven con miedo o culpa. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Porque tememos dejar de ser queridos<\/strong>. A veces sentimos que nos valoran por el papel que cumplimos: la responsable, la fuerte, la que siempre puede. Cambiar puede sentirse como un riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Porque confundimos estabilidad con rigidez<\/strong>. Nos han ense\u00f1ado que ser coherentes es \u201cno cambiar nunca\u201d, cuando en realidad la coherencia sana es ser fiel a lo que hoy sentimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Porque seguimos viviendo desde versiones antiguas<\/strong>. Muchas de nuestras formas de ser nacieron para protegernos. El problema aparece cuando seguimos us\u00e1ndolas incluso cuando ya no las necesitamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto se llama <em><strong>incongruencia<\/strong><\/em>: cuando lo que sentimos por dentro no coincide con la imagen que creemos que debemos mantener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cambiar no es borrar el pasado, no implica negar lo vivido. Todo lo contrario.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Significa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Honrar lo que fuimos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconocer lo que nos ayud\u00f3 a sobrevivir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y darnos permiso para actualizarnos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Abraham Maslow lo explicaba as\u00ed: crecer no es rechazar etapas anteriores, sino integrarlas.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No est\u00e1s traicionando tu historia. Est\u00e1s construyendo sobre ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La paradoja del cambio: primero aceptarte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los mensajes m\u00e1s bonitos de la psicolog\u00eda humanista es este:<br><strong><em>el cambio real empieza cuando dejamos de pelearnos con quienes somos ahora.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carl Rogers lo dec\u00eda de forma muy clara: <em><strong>\u201cCuando me acepto tal como soy, entonces puedo cambiar.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La autoaceptaci\u00f3n no es conformismo. Es crear un espacio interno seguro donde no hace falta forzarse ni castigarse para mejorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y desde ese lugar, el cambio ocurre de forma mucho m\u00e1s natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando una persona se permite cambiar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disminuye la ansiedad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aparece m\u00e1s calma interna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejora la relaci\u00f3n consigo misma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las relaciones se vuelven m\u00e1s aut\u00e9nticas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde una mirada integradora, cuando dejamos de forzarnos a encajar en versiones antiguas, el cuerpo tambi\u00e9n se relaja. Y <strong>cuando el cuerpo se siente seguro, la mente se ordena<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo empezar a permitirte ser nuevo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunas ideas sencillas para empezar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preg\u00fantate: \u00bfesto sigue siendo verdad para m\u00ed hoy?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date permiso para cambiar de opini\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observa d\u00f3nde te est\u00e1s forzando por miedo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practica hablarte con m\u00e1s amabilidad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Busca acompa\u00f1amiento terap\u00e9utico si aparece culpa o bloqueo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se trata de cambiar de golpe, sino de escucharte un poco m\u00e1s cada d\u00eda. No necesitas convertirte en alguien distinto. Solo en alguien m\u00e1s alineado contigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cambiar no te hace inestable.
